Mental disease or talent?

Sometimes the phenomenon of genius is confused with the phenomenon of mental disorders and mental illness. And really mental illnesses are often accompanied with the genius phenomenon. But it doesn't mean that mental illness is the obligatory companion of genius.

The mental illnesses are usually transmitted genetically and become stronger with every new generation that is why the brief fit of madness that took place with the ancestor turns into the real madness of his/her son/daughter. Genius phenomenon almost always dies with genius person without transmitting it to offspring especially through several generations making the exceptional phenomenon and is never transmitted genetically.

It is necessary to notice that the genius abilities are more often transmitted to males than to female while metal illnesses are equal for both genders. Genius may make mistakes and may always differ with originality but originality and confusions never make the contradiction with himself/herself or absurd. But this really happens with crazy people.

Very often we notice that geniuses feel the lack of patience, the temper severity, attention, accuracy, memory, etc. that are the main qualities of mentally ill people. And during their whole lives they are left lonely, uncommunicative and unfriendly, indifferent to things that worry humanity and sometimes it seems that they live in the special atmosphere. And great geniuses are calm and follow their way inevitably. Such people were Spinosa, Dante, Bacon, Columbus, Galileo, Voltaire, etc. They were great by the strong and harmonic development of the skull that proved the power of their mental abilities and the love to truth had never conquered the love to family.
